Cancellation policy for individual reservations is 7 days prior to arrival. Group bookings (5 rooms or more) will have separate cancellation conditions given at time of booking and will be contracted separately.
For any cancellations made within the cancellation policy, the card used to secure the reservation will be charged for the first nights rate

Our check in time is from 3pm and Check out is 11am, early check-in and late check-out is available at an additional charge of £10.
Proforma invoices are to be paid within 30 days, in line with the company credit agreement and a successful credit application. We reserve the right to remove credit facilities.
